This role directly relates to Precision Social’s social media management & marketing services. You will be heavily involved with the strategy applied to each brand. As this position is primarily team-dependent, in-person work, and a set schedule is required. Our ideal candidate will have a set weekly schedule with a willingness to work additional hours when needed. Schedule flexibility is fine, but schedule must be set two weeks in advance. As part of our team, you will work closely with Precision’s Director of Strategy, Director of Creativity, and photographer(s). Additionally, you will participate in various strategic meetings with clients and subcontractors.
Work with Strategy Director to develop social media strategies for brands with whom we work
Work closely with our production team to fulfill each strategy
Create, add media, and schedule posts within Precision's content scheduling software
Write attention-grabbing captions for social media posts that accurately represent client tone, style, and brand
Fulfill any additional writing needs
Qualifications, Skills, and Traits
Significant interest in social media marketing, trends, strategies, etc
Strong writing skills
Willingness to learn and teachability
Not required, but the optimal candidate possesses these:
Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Professional Writing, Business, etc.
Quick-witted and clever
Hourly Wage: $18+ based on experience and skills.
